Terms and Conditions

By booking with ALFA SMART TOURING S.R.L., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms:

  • Bookings and Payments: Full payment is required 7 days before your scheduled departure. In certain cases, a deposit may be required upfront to secure your booking.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when the client receives a written confirmation from us, which will outline the details of the trip, itinerary, and price breakdown.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • Changes to your booking can be made up to 7 days before departure. A change fee may apply depending on the nature of the change.

  • If you cancel your trip within 7 days of departure, a fee of 20% of the total booking price will apply, in addition to any non-refundable costs incurred by us.

Transport Services:

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or accidents. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

  • Responsibility: All passengers are required to be on time for transportation services. If you miss your scheduled transport, you may be required to rebook at your own cost.

  • Damages: Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or property caused by their actions during the journey.

Travel Insurance:

ALFA SMART TOURING S.R.L. recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and delays.

Liability:

While we make every effort to ensure that your travel arrangements are executed to the highest standards, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the course of your trip, except where required by law.

Force Majeure:

We will not be held responsible for any delay or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and governmental restrictions.
