Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and ensure that you are aware of your options should you need to cancel or amend your booking. Below is a detailed explanation of our refund process:
Cancellations by You:
More than 30 days before departure: You will receive a full refund of the total booking cost.
15 to 30 days before departure: You are eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the booking cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be given.
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure:
In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), ALFA SMART TOURING will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Any bank or third-party charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Non-refundable Fees:
Certain services such as non-refundable flight tickets, event tickets, or third-party reservations may not be eligible for a refund. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
